Islamabad High Court Grants Imran Khan Access to NAB Documents and Lifts Stay Order on £190 Million Case

The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has accepted Imran Khan’s request to obtain records of the National Accountability Bureau’s (NAB) previous decision to close the £190 million case. The court has overturned the trial court’s decision, which had denied him access to these documents.

Additionally, the IHC has lifted the stay order that was preventing the accountability court from announcing its final verdict in the £190 million case.
