Gold Prices Surge in Pakistan, Up Rs2,300 per Tola

Gold prices in Pakistan rebounded on Wednesday following a decline in the previous session, aligning with a rise in international rates. The price of gold per tola reached Rs252,800 after gaining Rs2,300 in a single day.

According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10 grams of gold rose to Rs216,735, marking an increase of Rs1,972 from the previous day.

In contrast, silver prices remained steady at Rs2,920 per tola.

The international gold rate also saw an uptick, reaching $2,413 per ounce (with a premium of $20) after climbing $22 during the day, as reported by APGJSA.

Just a day earlier, gold prices had declined by Rs500 per tola in Pakistan.
