Punjab CM Maryam Nawaz Affirms National Unity and Equality on National Minorities Day

Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz emphasized the nation’s unity and the equal status of all citizens in a special message on the occasion of National Minorities Day. Speaking on Sunday, as reported by PressTonight, CM Maryam Nawaz underscored the importance of national cohesion under one flag and extended her heartfelt salute to every minority member in Punjab.

She reiterated the vision of Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, highlighting that every citizen is free to practice their religion and visit their places of worship. She stressed that equality, tolerance, and patience are the core principles of democracy. CM Maryam Nawaz stated, “Every citizen, regardless of religion, caste, or creed, holds equal status in Pakistan. All citizens are like beautiful and colorful flowers in a bouquet, making Pakistan a land that belongs to everyone, a paradise for all.”
